Wedding Week . . .

I had the opportunity of photographing two weddings this week and what beautiful weddings they were! These guys are so in love it is so fun to see. They are so sure of each other and they are going to be so happy together. Congrats B and T.

This darling couple was married yesterday and I thought I would share a sneak peek for them to enjoy while honeymooning.  Aren't they just the happiest.  They radiated joy!  Congrats you guys!

Girl Power!

Words can't describe how DARLING these little girls are, so I'll let the pictures do the talkin' Here's a sneak peek for mom and dad from our photo shoot. I love this family and have enjoyed photographing them for a couple years now and hope to do so for a lot more! Thanks you guys!

Oh and now that we are teaching we are sharing!  Yay!   So . . . this spot is the same as the other "grass field" spot on my earlier two sittings.  It's located in Liberty at North Fork Park in a camp spot called Cutler Flats.  Lots of fun and full of fall colors this time of year too.

Giving Back . . .

This time of year can be hard for families and I want to find a way to give back. I am taking the month of December off for my own family time, but I want to offer a FREE family sitting, copyright cd and 11x14 mounted print to a family in need. Please notify me via email of a family you may know who you feel would benefit from this experience. The sitting will take place in the first two weeks in December and the family must live in Weber or Davis Counties. I will be "accepting" family names and stories until November 15th and a decision will be announced November 20th. Please make sure that a sitting is something this family would be willing to do. Thank You Thank You!

Thanks for the fun workshop today! I would really like to keep in contact with everyone and find out how they are doing on their new found abilities. So . . . please send me an email with your information (my email address is to the right) if I don't already have it and we'll keep in touch! Feel free to call or email ANY TIME you have questions. Thanks again and we'll be doing a more "business" related workshop in January some time, more details to come. This will be a much more "specialized" class and will be limited to 6 to 8 people, but will greatly help you in getting started on your photography business.

Tomorrow!!!!!

The workshop is tomorrow! I wanted to give a final run down to those involved and WE are SO excited! The workshop will be held in the BASEMENT of the Ogden Eccles Community Arts Center from 9 am to 1 pm. There will be access to the class via the basement stairs on the east side of the building (look for the sign). Call or email if you have any questions and we'll see you tomorrow!

I think the world of this beauty.  She and her groom are going to be so happy!  I am excited for them . . . Oh . . . . and the pics turned out great even with the Moosey Visitor!

The location for the workshop is set . . .

I am so THRILLED to announce that the location for our September 20th workshop has been set!  It will be located in the basement "ball-room" of the Eccles Community Art Center in Ogden.  We currently have only SIX more spots left for the workshop so contact us soon to reserve your spot.  Also, for those who have already registered your final homework and important information (including directions) will be in the mail by Monday.

The Holiday Season is on it's way . . .

So the holiday season is quickly approaching and I have changed my cards this year.  All of the cards will be printed on both sides of a heavy paper with a pearl finish (beautiful!)  They will include envelopes and the cost will be as follows:  4 x 5.5 size - 25 count - $50.00  5x5 size - 25 count - $65  Check out the layouts I have so far by clicking here. Or clicking on Holiday Cards to the right.  I will be adding folded cards (including the fabulous 5x5 trifold) so keep checking back for the newest additions.  Cards may be customized to fit your style.  I am trying to capture everything from classic to contemporary.

Homework is in the mail . . .

Okay so for the workshop attendees who have already registered . . . your homework is in the mail so watch for it! And if you haven't registered yet, you can still register and I'll send the homework as soon as possible so you don't miss a thing. I am very excited about this first homework project (that's right I said first, there will be more) it will really help us teach you about lighting and what it does for your images.

Sneak Peek for mom . . .

Here's a sneak peek of a portrait session I did last night . . . . these are the cutest "little men" ever aren't they!?!?  Well mom, there's more where these came from but you'll have to wait for more :)  Thanks for letting me photograph them, they were sure well behaved!

Love Grows . . .

I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph the family of some dear friends of mine.  They have such a grand family that is growing (by the double).  I appreciate the time I could spend with them.  Aren't they beautiful people!
